Cato Fashions - Customer service complaint
On Jan 15th at Cato Fashions store number 859 . I went to try on clothes. I requested to use the bigger dressing room. The sales associate Alexis flatly told me I could not use the bigger dressing room I need to be in a wheelchair. I was the only one in the store no other customers were there. I have a steel knee caps and have trouble with mobility, and a mobility disability. I was refused to use the bigger dressing room due to mobility disabilities. I was discriminated against and disrespected at this store location 859. The sales associate her name is Alexis.

I have been a customer at Cato for over 30 years and today on my 28th wedding anniversary I had the worst experience ever. It started when my husband wanted to buy my some outfits and I chose Cato, the first location was on Military Dr, San Antonio, TX, where we spent around $600.00 and there were items there that were not in my size, so I was directed to go to an additional store in Pleasanton, TX, which we were told it was about 30 min from that location which was actually 62 to 65 miles away all because they did not have my size.

So we went to the second location because I only got half of the outfit from the first location and an additional pair of shoes that was not in my size at either location was actually at the Rigsby location, it took us three to three and a half hours to do all that driving and spend about $800.00 without no consideration for the time, $60.00 in gas and mileage racked up on my vehicle to stay loyal to Cato. No managers seemed to care about the major inconvenience so we have decided if nothing is done to discontinue my relationship with Cato and spend my hard-earned money with someone who cares about me as a person. I felt hurt, manipulated, taken advantage of, and disrespected on my 28th wedding anniversary.

So I hope this letter reaches the top CEO to let him know that it's not ok to treat loyal customers or any customers in that manner and take them for granted.

Consideration for your time? You were shopping for clothes, not working in a sweatshop. Spending your money and driving where you did are things YOU chose to do.

Store closes

Cato Fashions - Store closes
I walked in the door at 6:30 to look for an outfit to wear for a business meeting. As Im shopping your associate by the name of Michelle approches me and asked me to get in line because the store was closing. She was very rude, and didnt speak when I entered the store. I got off work at 5:45 and rushed her to get a nice outfit.never again! She made me feel like a bother. I put my items down and proceeded to exit the store like she asked. Ill be leaving a review

Preferred solution: Better customer service! She really needs to be reprimanded. I didn't get the outfit i needed. I ended up going to walmart.

User's recommendation: Do not spend your hard earned money, or waste your time in this store if you get off after 5pm. They will rush you out the door. Not caring why u are there, or what you need.

Unable to use the website to purchase item. Had my son to try ordering the same item it failed and charged his card three times. I called customer service and she was unable to place oder. The item I wanted to order is in stocks at a Cato's over an hours ride from my home in Dublin, GA. I reside in Rochelle, Ga.

Rude customer service

whom ever this applies to, I was attempting to shop at Catos in batesville ms 38606 on December 15th around 2-2:30 in the afternoon & I had several tops in my hand & was browsing clearance rack when one of your employees came over & started adjusting the rack I was on & I said to my self shes just doing her job so I moved further away from her & she then was within 3 inches of where I had my hand & she looked at me & pushed the clothing beside my hand smirked and walked back to the front. .

I then put tops back & exited the building & went to a business that values my business. customer service,it keeps your doors open.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated, Ive shopped there for years & never experienced an issue. Id love for the camera to be viewed

Your return policy is the worse return policy ever existed. You sell clothes , correct . Well I wash mine before wearing them due to other ppl trying on etc.

I buy clothes from your store all the time. NOT ANYMORE . YOUR RETURN POLICY IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. I BOUGHT A SWEATER AND OF COUSE WASHED IT BEFORE WEARING AND IT SHRUNK . I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AS WERE ON LABEL, YET SINCE I washed it I'm stuck with a sweater to small . I have receipt . I had several items that did not fit and I wanted to give them to the sales lady so she could put them back on the clearance rack but she actually had the nerve to point me to the clearance rack and said you can put them back on the clearance rack. Then when I got ready to check out, apparently I was on the wrong register because she pointed me to another register and said over there. None of the people in this location were helpful at all and wanted me to do their job.
